Using a cotton swab, wipe area down with rubbing alcohol

Using a fresh cotton swab, dry area to remove excess rubbing alcohol

Using a tweezers, remove the decal from the backing paper.

Lightly position the decal over the impression. (NOTE: I'm using two tweezers, one on each flag, to place the decal.)

Inspect decal for proper fit.

Using the backing paper that the decal came on, place the shiny side of the backing paper on the decal surface and press the decal into place.

Remove the clear transfer tape on the decal surface. Pick the clear transfer tape at one of the corners.

Finish removing the clear transfer tape. Press decal into place to ensure good adhesion to surface. (Use backing paper or finger. Use caution not to press too hard because you might damage the decal.)
